With your instructor by your side, you will use all the Pilates equipment necessary to reach your specific goals and needs. Every session is tailored to your body’s unique requirements, because each person is different.

 

This training allows you to focus entirely on your fitness objectives in a private, calm environment, ensuring you receive the full benefits of Pilates. Whether you’re working on strength, flexibility, or mobility, Pilates Solo provides the focused attention you need.

Pricing Options:

1. Session (Trial Class): $75 (Sección de prueba)

    • A single session to experience the benefits of Pilates Solo.

2. Sessions Per Week (8 Classes Per Month): $520

    • Perfect for those who want consistent training and faster results.

3. Sessions Per Week (12 Classes Per Month): $780

    • Ideal for individuals seeking the maximum benefit from their  Pilates routine.

To the best of my knowledge, the above information is true and by signing here, I been informed of the physician's approval prior to beginning this fitness program.
